Our dietitian Tanya Thomas is an experienced Registered Dietitian with over 30 years’ experience working in both the NHS and private practice. Since qualifying in 1991 with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition & Dietetics from the University of Wales, she has supported people with a wide range of nutritional and health concerns, helping them make realistic, sustainable dietary changes to improve their wellbeing.
Alongside clinical work, she also works as a university lecturer, helping to educate and inspire the next generation of dietitians. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), ensuring her practice meets professional standards of care and evidence-based nutrition advice.
