Our physiotherapist, Vanessa Albert, is highly skilled in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. She qualified from the University of Leeds in1996 and has worked across both NHS and private healthcare settings.

Her approach involves a thorough assessment and history-taking to reach an accurate diagnosis. Treatment may include patient education, tailored exercise and rehabilitation programmes, goal setting, and practical advice. Where needed, she may request investigations such as MRI scans, blood tests, or X-rays, and can refer to specialists if appropriate
